Lookie here, John Mayer did a a shoe switcharoo at the COSTUME INSTITUTE GALA. The first picture shows him wearing his good ‘ol pair of Chucks. But in the second picture, John Mayer has changed into his black oxfords. Thank goodness for that. There’s a time to wear canvas sneakers with suits but the Costume Institute Gala is not the place, time and occasion. He’s not even wearing a regular suit. He’s wearing a tuxedo with shimmery blue necktie. I’m willing to let that pass coz he’s a musician and well, he need to feed his artistic ego through his fashion style. But Chucks with tuxedo is just taking it to another level that shouldn’t be taken.

Aren’t you glad as well that John Mayer changed his shoes?
i know that this post was ages ago but to clarify his shoes are not chucks. they are made by a brand called “visvim”.
