Imagine 110 degrees at 99 percent humidity. The fashionable few who tend to layer pay a high price; they have to pretty much stay in airconditioned rooms and vehicles ALL the time. Step out for 5 minutes and you'll be sweating enough to NEED to change into new clothes (I kid you not)! There's a reason ancient island life was lived in a very laid back atmosphere with minimal clothing (kinda like Huntington beach, I guess)! ;-) Oh man, “Summer in the Philippines” is actually pretty killer.
