This is a trainwreck of an outfit. It's almost as if it was a "let's break all the design rules" look. I usually say that most people need to put some thought into their looks, but if you're a famous actor or rock star or something, then you can wear whatever you want and people will thik it's cool. I was wrong. This is a case-in-point. Plus, bow ties have never seemed useful to me in terms of enhancing an outfit. I've almost always seen it as a liability. I completely agree.
