Although I didn’t like Penn Badgley’s rugged look in his white t-shirt and jeans outfit, I like his blue sneakers. It was the only thing that save him from a major fashion scolding, hah. From my close inspection, I concluded that it’s New Balance Classics U420.

I like the blue color myself. I mean, I was disappointed with how Penn looked in his shirt & jeans outfit plus knit cap but his blue sneakers stayed with me. If all else fails, accessorize. In this case, wear nice shoes.
