Smart Turnout is a British company created for clothing and accessories catering to regiments, schools and universities. The founder Edward Shawcross thought about it in 1992, right about the end of his British Army career. He was at the Sandown Race that year wearing a jumper that he made himself featuring the colors of his regiment, Scots Guards. He received compliments for his jumper which inspired him to create a small range of products featuring other colors of regiments.
UK Reading Tie, UK University of Wales Tie
Harvard Tie, Princeton Tie
101 Airborne Tie, 3 Regiment Royal Horse Artillery Tie
The inspiration has grown into more than 70 regiments and 30 schools in UK which has successfully expanded in the US market. The range of products include silk ties, cufflinks, watchbands, socks and scarves.
Check out the rest of the products at Smart Turnout website.
