Now if only Penn Badgley would uncross his arms then we’d see the whole printed necktie :). I’m surprised the Gossip Girl hunk is not wearing jeans with this dress shirt and tie casual wear ala Patrick Dempsey :). He looks good nonetheless. The flat-front pants works for him actually. It gives him that timeless look. Kinda like his co-star Chace Crawford’s timeless look a few months ago. Like I said, nice tie :). BTW, I like his scruffy face as well.
