The best makeover. Ever. The title of the post for Patrick Dempsey is "Because this man is sex" – think on that when you go for your next makeover 
Why he looks good now:
- amazing amazing hair – the gentle sweep of a very thick head of hair, tamed out of curls
- nicely defined and plucked brows (oh yes)
- lower sideburns
- self tanner. big difference.
- perfect teeth – although it’s all in the dental work if you see the before/after shots
- there might have been a nose job – what do you think?
- moustaches are so not in. really. it’s either a groomed scruff or nothing at all.
