I figured today is the day I’ll share with you guys Tommy Hilfiger’s Rules of Style since my husband just bought a Tommy Hilfiger clear sunglasses to use at work coz the halogen lights where he works at are hurting his eyes lately. DETAILS Men’s Style Manual compiled 9 of them and here they are :
1. I love the classics. Such as : a pair of old, old jeans, white button-down shirt, a navy blazer and Alden loafers. No socks though.
2. For Fall, I like gray flannel and the right dress shirt. Tommy prefers shirts with double-button collars because they stand up on the neck. Intensity of colors on the shirt indicates how expensive it is.
3. Men who are afraid to wear color are too conservative. Try some orange with khaki instead of plain ‘ol boring white or cream shirt with red, yellow or burgundy ties.
4. Justin Timberlake has great style. He considers JT a blend of American classic, hip-hop and preppie.
5. I believe in , “When in Rome…”. And when yu leave Rome, or anyone else for that matter, take what’s good and incorporate it in your life.
6. I like safari pants, especially for the home. Not to be mistaken with zebra pants in hot pink and blue. Of course
.
7. If you go out in the city to a formal dinner, you need to dress appropriately. Be a gentleman and dress like one. Women should dress sexy but sophisticated.
8. For black tie, men should dress properly in tuxedo. He thinks everyone looks dirty in L.A. Walking around with hair all wet, and slicked back and with the worst looking T-Shirt they can find. O Ow.
9. In the scope of world, fashion isn’t just that important. We could all get along very easily with the most basic basics.

Wow Tommy Hilfiger is looking broke down. Though I can’t argue with his style, my brother likes his “H” collection.
