Adidas is not about to cower in the corner and let the collaboration of Mark Ronson and Gucci in creating fabulous looking boat shoes bring them down. I posted the 2 series for Adidas Celebrate Originality Ads a couple of weeks ago showing The Invite and The House Party. The 3rd part of this series is called The Game. What’s  a party without a poker game? The Game shows NBA star Kevin Garnett and Hip Hop Artist Young Jeezy in a middle of a serious battle of Texas Hold ‘Em.

That’s kinda cool. It made me miss playing Texas Hold ‘Em. The Game is part of Adidas’ 60th Anniversary House Party series dubbed as “Celebrate Originality“.

Adidas is celebrating it’s 60th Anniversary and they pulled out all the stops to commemorates this milestone. You can’t celebrate without a party, right? That’s exactly what the premise is for the new Adidas ad. Aptly called, “Celebrate Originality“, celebrities in the different genre of fashion, music, sports and pop culture were invited to partake in the ad. Namely, David Beckham, Russell Simmons, Katy Perry, The Ting Tings, Missy Elliot, Method Man, DMC, Estelle, Young Jeezy and Redman, etc.

This skater inspired New Adidas Nopo Sneaker looks really cool. I wouldn’t mind having a pair for myself. It’s suede on the upper canvas and rubber outsole on the bottom.  $65 from Macy’s.com. A pair of these would look very comfortably stylish yet casual with jeans. I can’t decided which color I recommend most so I’m just going to tell you what I tell my friends when they ask me which color of purse or shoes they should buy. “GET BOTH!”
