She’ll be dishing out news, facts, fads, exercises, diets, and everything under the Health and Fitness genre. I myself am so excited about this new addition. I semi-love working out but I do love to eat so any advice/guidelines I could learn from Burning the Scale to alleviate my guilt in eating too much chocolate and cupcakes, hey, I’ll take it .
