We have a new addition to our ever so stylish and oh so pretty b5 Beauty and Style Channel. Please welcome Claire of Burning the Scale to the Family. She’ll be dishing out news, facts, fads, exercises, diets, and everything under the Health and Fitness genre. I myself am so excited about this new addition. I semi-love working out but I do love to eat so any advice/guidelines I could learn from Burning the Scale to alleviate my guilt in eating too much chocolate and cupcakes, hey, I’ll take it .
