Under $20 Reversible Leather Belts

Just in case you missed yesterday’s post on the 10 Must-Have Men’s Accessories, make sure to check it out please. Just click the link. One of the must-have accessories is the leather belt. If you are going to buy a belt, make it a leather. You can buy other kinds of course but first and foremost, go for leather.

Here are a few reversible leather belts from Macy’s that are on sale for under $20.

Alfani Reversible Belt

Alfani Reversible Leather Belt, $19.98. One day it’s black, the next day it’s brown.

Club Room Reversible Leather Belt

Club Room Reversible Leather Belt, $19.98. A good combination of gold and silver buckle. This one could be black or burgundy.

Alfani Contrast Stitch Leather Belt

Alfani Reversible Contrast Stitch Dress Belt, $19.98. This can reverse to all-black or red-stitching for contrast.

The main rule in wearing a belt is that, black belt goes with black shoes, while brown belt goes with brown shoes. You can’t mix the two which makes having reversible leather belts very convenient.

Robert Graham Leather Belts

I must confess that even though I’m a woman, I won’t have any problem wearing any of these Robert Graham leather belts. Not at all. Look how gorgeous they look. Yes, I said gorgeous. Bear with me for a second. Ok, let me put it this way. The Robert Graham leather belts are bold, unique, with quite strong aesthetic look as well as quality.

There are 3 kinds of belts in this collection.

Paige Belt : It’s brown leather with green and yellow floral print plus a brass square for the buckle. $128

Simmons Belt : A black leather belt with red topstitching and a boasting a silvertone dragon for the buckle. $228

Beck Belt : This features a brown leather belt with a silverstone paisley engraved square buckle. $198

The Simmons belt with a dragon buckle might be too much for me but I wouldn’t mind wearing the Paige and Beck. Oh wait, these belts are for Men so I should let you guys have them .

Ferragamo Brown OR Black Belts From Neiman Marcus, Take Your Pick

Unlike Women who can get away and have fun with wearing different colors when it comes to belts, Men should just stick with either black or brown colored belts. Unless of course you are trying to make a bold statement hence your red or white belts hanging in your closet. But for starters, black or brown are the best to pick from. Please don’t try to break the rule in wearing belts. What is it? Brown belt for brown shoes and Black belt for black shoes. This goes for Women as well. And this is coming from a fashionista who is not afraid to wear red shoes with black dress. When it comes to belt, you just gotta really stick to the the Belt 101Rule. Anyhooo, here are some black and brown Ferragamo belts I found at Neiman Marcus that you could wear with either jeans or trousers.

Once again, that’s Brown belt for Brown shoes and Black belt for Black shoes. How about if you’re wearing sneakers? I say go for a black colored belt.

Are you ready to tuck your shirt in this Fall? Of course in order to make your tucked-in shirt look distinguished you’re going to need a few belts. This Teton artisan hand-laced belt is perfect for Jeans. On sale for $39.95.

I really like the dark-brown color of this Linden rich Italian leather belt. With it’s asymmetrical vertical emboss detail to boot. Not bad for $49.95 either.

Handwoven HARALD belt in black polished calfskin. This used to be $85 but is now $59.95

The hand-laced stitching trim on this Balboa leather belt is not too shabby. Either with jeans, chino or a trouser. $39.95.
