Perry Ellis was born in 1940 and died in 1986 but his fashion legacy lives. His famous quote “I don’t make fashion, I make clothes” is still as profound on the day he uttered the words up to now which echoes through the brand that he left behind.

I love Zac Posen. He’s one of the few designers who does avant garde that I could actually stomach. Zac Posen can talk the talk and walk the walk. BUT what the heck is up with this look? Like I said, love the gray CHANEL scarf. It matches the argyle sweater he’s wearing underneath the awful gold blazer/jacket.
Too avant garde, even for you Mr. Posen. Not only is it pimpishly gold, it’s oversized. Oh well. I still love him though .
