After reading his wife’s cheat sheet about what she’s wearing, David Boreanaz snuck in his own. He playfully shared that his bow-tie suit is from Dolce & Gabbana and shoes is from Paul Smith. He also showed his socks which were multi colored stripes. Kinds cute .

Men’s Wear For Tiki Barber On Project Runway

Men’s Wear was the Project Runway’s task from last night’s episode. The designers were asked to create an outfit for TODAY Show host and NFL Giant’s running back Tiki Barber. The designers were quite shocked and confused on how to deal with the assignment on hand since they’re all pretty much Women’s Wear designers. Last August, I made a suggestion to Heidi Klum to have a Men’s Wear episode on Project Runway for this season. I think she cyber-heard me..LOL. The contestants were given $150 to buy their materials for a suit that Tiki Barber could wear while doing his corresponding job with the TODAY SHOW.

After all the controversy and sweat in the workroom, Designer Jack won the challenge with his pinstriped trousers and stripes dress shirt. I knew it. As soon as I saw his trouser, I knew it was in the bag. It was pretty basic yet stylish. The other designers were all over the place with their Men’s Wear. Carmen, the one who got sent home didn’t have time to create a shirt for her model. The jacket she created was too short that Tiki felt people would just be staring at his butt. Which made Hedi laughed so hard. Another designer, SweetP, her shirt was just boxy and the sewing was just awful. The other designers’ creations were either trouser is too long or too short, the crouch were too low and too tight, or the shirt is too bright for Tiki Barber’s taste.

I must admit, after watching last night’s episode, I gained even more respect for Men’s Wear designers, and Men’s Wear itself. The contestants were really sweating it. If you’re not in this line of clothing, you’d really find yourself in a conundrum just trying to make a nice shirt, let alone a 3-piece suit.

Project Runway Suggestion, Men’s Clothing??

I was watching a marathon of the first season of Project Runway last night when I realized, the show has never done an episode on Men’s Clothing. Am I right? Please correct me if I’m wrong. 2 seasons later, none of the aspiring designers have made an outfit that could be worn by a Man. I think Heidi Klum should pick up on this idea. How about a couple of episodes for the next season, focusing on Men only? I mean Michael Kors is one of the show’s judge. He just shared his paradigm rules in Men’s Fashion on the latest DETAILS issue. I’m sure the advisor of all advisors, Tim Gunn can make it work . Heidi Klum is married to a stylish singer, SEAL. I’m sure Heidi has had an input on some of his clothes when they’re out and about. It’s about time she adds Men’s Fashion on the Project Runway show, don’t you think?

*Please correct me if I’m wrong. I missed a few episodes on all 2 seasons but I’m positive the show has never dealt with Men’s clothing. But like I said, I could be wrong.
