If Wolverine wore this cut of suit this past Summer, he would have been busing out if it. Not that the ladies would have any problems at all about that, hehe. Hugh Jackman was all muscles while playing the character. He looked HOT in a “I will kick your ass” kind of way but this time around, he looks very suave and debonair.

I give also give him props for going with a pale blue shirt, and a darker shade of necktie. The lace-up oxfords need some shining but it’s ok. We’ll give Hugh a break on the department since he made up for it with his black sunnier and the overall handsome look. I don’t know where he is going with his “Man-Purse” but Hugh Jackman definitely means business.

Let’s start with the host, Hugh Jackman. He changed 3 times. If my sources are right, his suits were custom made. He opted for bow-tie, from the opening to his performance all the way to the end. Hugh Jackman did wonderful. He is a full package entertainer. I loved how he played an homage to all the movies in his “recession” show then at the end he proclaimed to everyone how he is THE Wolverine. 2009 Oscar’s was fun because of Hugh.

More Stylish Men after the fold….

Best Actor winner Sean Penn with previous Oscar’s winners, Robert de Niro, Michael Douglas, Alan Arkin, Anthony Hopkins and Adrien Brody. Sean Penn is I think one of the few who donned a monochromatic suit.

Robert Downey Jr was his usual dapper self. He finally shaved, (hehe). He also opted for a basic black and white suit with necktie.

I’d probably get tomatoes thrown at me after this but I don’t really consider Twilight star Robert Pattinson hot. His “rebel-scruffy-devil-may-care” look has all been done before. Johnny Depp and Colin Farrell anyone? Just sayin’. But he looked ok last night.

Zac Efron played his part as the Hot Young Hollywood Kid wearing his Dolce & Gabbana suit at a huge party successfuly. He and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens performed with Hugh Jackman during the show.

Brad Pitt was once again wearing Tom Ford. He looked good as usual.

Daniel Craig didn’t disappoint with his own bow-tie formal look.

Hugh Jackman, aka Woverine, aka 2008 People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive is hosting the 2009 Oscar Awards tonight, February 22nd.

I’m so excited. Not only is Hugh Jackman hot and stylish, he’s also a good performer. He had a successful run in Broadway a few years ago. I think he won a Tony Award as well. I’m not sure about that though so don’t quote me on it yet . Anyhooo, besides all the aforementioned, he happens to have a sexy Australian accent that’s going for him. I’m sure I am not the only one who is looking forward to tonight’s Oscar Awards because of Hugh Jackman. Oprah herself announced last Friday on her show that she wouldn’t care if it lasts for 5 hours because Hugh Jackman is hosting.

How about hunky Hugh Jackman to start off this week? The Australian hottie is perfection. Wheww. Anyway, nice suit..LOL. Hugh Jackman is wearing a made-to-order Ferragamo leather lace-ups, according to Just Jared. Well, why wouldn’t he? The Ferragamo lace-ups look perfect with the formal attire.

Like I said, the shoes are made-to-order so it’s not available in stores. However, you can always check out other Ferragamo lace-ups shoes over at Neiman Marcus.

Happy 40th Birthday Hugh Jackman. You can be my Wolverine any day. *SWOON*. Hugh Jackman celebrated by taking a dip at Bronte Beach in Sydney, Australia, on the day after his 40th Birthday. Nice swimshorts..LOL. If it takes a birthday to get Hugh Jackman to take his shirt off, celebrate it everyday. Please!

There’s nothing that Hugh Jackman touches that he doesn’t look good on. A Fedora hat, sure why not?

Hugh Jackman back in April of this year shooting a Baz Lurhmanepic, Australia sporting a mustache. One of the commenters from the Just Jared site where I found this picture said that this reminds him of Clark Gable. I AGREE! It actually sent me goosebumps when I saw the picture. Clark Gable was the first name that came to mind. Apparently some people thought so too.

Well it’s now December and the shooting of the movie is done so the mustache is gone. He’s now sporting a clean shaven look with a little scruffiness on the chin. Take a looksie….

Don’t be alarmed with his graphic tee, cargo shirts and sneakers ensemble. It’s summer in Australia this time of year . A nice casual wear on a day out in Sydney. That smile just kills me. Let’s go ask The Daily Tee guys where we could find the graphic tee Hugh Jackman is wearing. I’ve seen it before but the name escapes me at this moment so I’m going to ask the experts help . Mike, Rangga, anyone?

Anyway, going back to Hugh’s two different looks, I like both. The mustache look with vintage white suit and bow-tie resonates the classic styles that I so admire and love from the likes of Clark Gable and Cary Grant. The clean shaven casual look is just another appeal to Hugh’s kick-ass personality. 2 different yet stylish looks, albeit one is from a movie, which validates why Hugh Jackman is one of my 50 Stylish Men List.

So, mustache or clean shaven?
