Ben Affleck’s New Look, Yay or Nay?

Ben Affleck’s New Look, Yay or Nay?

When I first saw pictures of Ben Affleck’s new hairstyle I thought it wasn’t too bad. It looks cool. It’s different but it suits Ben Affleck. Having said that, I don’t like all that facial hair. He looks rugged which is fine. I’m just not digging all that facial hair. If it was just a goatee perhaps I could warm up to it after a while.
Maybe he’s doing a movie and he has to alter his boyish looks for the character. If that’s the case then fine, I’ll live with it . Like I said, I don’t …read more

Zac Posen, Love The Chanel Scarf, But What’s With The Gold Jacket?

Zac Posen, Love The Chanel Scarf, But What’s With The Gold Jacket?

(Image : Newscom)
I love Zac Posen. He’s one of the few designers who does avant garde that I could actually stomach. Zac Posen can talk the talk and walk the walk. BUT what the heck is up with this look? Like I said, love the gray CHANEL scarf. It matches the argyle sweater he’s wearing underneath the awful gold blazer/jacket.
Too avant garde, even for you Mr. Posen. Not only is it pimpishly gold, it’s oversized. Oh well. I still love him though .

What Is Wrong With This Look From Ne-Yo?

What Is Wrong With This Look From Ne-Yo?

Absolutely NOTHING! Ne-Yo has been very chic lately. Ah, be still my heart. Ne-Yo has been sporting Gentleman Chic ever since his new album came out. I remember him telling Matt Lauer  this past summer, during his appearance on the Today Shoe with NKOTB that he is very much into GUCCI. He was wearing a 3-piece suit at that time.
Let’s look at his ensemble here. Neutral tones with green shirt, metallic grey necktie, brown suede bomber jacket, print trousers and oxfords. Accessorized with sexy Aviators and a knit cap.
As far as the ladies are concerned, Ne-Yo could …read more

Men’s Lingerie By Usher

Usher was at a Marlies Dekkers’ show in Paris last Sunday and casually announced that’s he’s in the process of creating a lingerie line. Both for Men and Women. I can sorta imagine the Women’s lingerie line, but Men’s Lingerie? Hmmmmm.
Usher intimated that some of his designs are actually featured in his music video for “Trading Places”.  The Women’s anyway.
I wonder what Usher think of the “Package Booster“? That could fall in the Men’s Lingerie, right? While we ponder that question and wait to see the entire  Men’s Lingerie line by Usher, watch the “Trading Places” video which by …read more

Roar Fearless SR Blazer

Roar Fearless SR Blazer

I’m usually not a big fan of patched elbows but I’ll ignore it this once. For this Roar Fearless SR Blazer. The vintage-inspired design and screen print on the back is just too cool to pass up. Brings out something new to this usually mono color. Even the sleeves have like slight fringe going on. Yah know, A twist on the casual blazer. $132.99 from Macy’s.

Oscar de la Renta 2-Button Plaid Blazer, $80

Oscar de la Renta 2-Button Plaid Blazer, $80

Here’s an Oscar de la Renta 2-Button Plaid Grey Blazer to give you an upscale Ivy League look. Either jeans or trousers. Works with any  bottoms I believe. It gives your casual look an executive twist. Oh who am I kidding, the freaking sale of $79.99 is FABULOUS!. It used to be $250 so seriously, that $80 sale price is a STEAL!
