Smart Turnout is a British company created for clothing and accessories catering to regiments, schools and universities. The founder Edward Shawcross thought about it in 1992, right about the end of his British Army career. He was at the Sandown Race that year wearing a jumper that he made himself featuring the colors of his regiment, Scots Guards.
