• INGREDIENTS :
• chicken quarters (or legs, thighs)
• a bottle of Lawry’s Baja Chipotle Marinade
• a boiling pot with water.

When you’re grilling chicken, except the chicken breasts, you MUST parboil the chicken first. This will avoid burnt skin and raw meat. By parboiling it, the chicken is already half-way cooked inside so by the time you grill ‘em, they’re finishing to cook with the skin. Know what I mean? Parboiling means pre-boiling the chicken in water. More after the fold..

Ok so you parboil the chicken. Stick a fork into the meat and when there’s clear liquid coming out of it, then it’s done. Drain the water off. Transfer the chicken into  container/tupperware, over the chipotle marinade, make sure every pieces are coated with the marinade. Cover and store in the fridge, overnight or about 2-3 hours before grilling time.

Grill each side about 10-12 minutes. Depends how powerful your grill is. Set it to medium heat. 8-10 minutes on each side is an ideal grilling time as well. I think you know what a cooked chicken looks like right?  Maybe before you start preparing your grilled chicken, ask your wife/gf nicely to make potato salad to go nicely with it. According to Kevin from Pointless Banter, Cosmopolitan Magazine is for whores and idiots. It might surprise you guys, since I’m a Woman but errr, I agree.. LOL. I haven’t bought a copy of that magazine in years. I got sick and tired of their cover stories. “50 ways to have the best orgasm”. The following month, “101 Ways to make you squirm”. And so on and so forth. Every month it’s about reaching that freaking orgasm. Oh My Gosh, if you’re not with a Man who doesn’t know how to give you mind blowing orgasm, at this point of your life and relationship, then either break up with him or get a freaking vibrator already. So yeah, that’s why I haven’t bought that magazine in a while. Every time I see it I wanna….nevermind. This Cosmopolitan dissection reminds me of the one I did for Men’s Health 41 Ways To Melt Her Heart which happened to be written by a woman who probably hates me right about now..hehehe.

I wonder what John Mayer will say if and when he reads Kevin’s prerogative on Cosmo. He’s Cosmopolitan’s Fun Fearless Male Of The Year after all. Shoot, that doesn’t really say much about his reputation now, does it? LOL.

So don’t make commitments about going camping or going to Disney World with the family just because she’s naked in front of you. She knows better so be careful and honest. She’ll appreciate it more.
