Here are the hunks from CW Hit Gossip Girl. Penn Badgley and Ed Westwick at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards Arrivals. While Penn Badgley opted for a tan brown casual dress shirt & black jeans, Ed Westwick on the other hand accessorized his blue unbuttoned shirt with a scarf.
