Ed Hardy “Explosive” Shirts

Yes, I’m calling these Ed Hardy shirts as “explosive”. Their print designs are just waaaayyyyyyy overboard. I know it’s the signature design from Christian Audigier but geez, it would be nice to turn it down a notch once in a while. But, some of you might like them so here they are.

Ed Hardy True Love Platinum Shirt
Ed Hardy True Love Platinum T Shirt, $154.00. I love the way they described the shirt. Apparently, if you’re tired of looking for love coming true, put this shirt on with jeans for a look that you’ll like. to me it sounded like 2 different things, heh.

Ed Hardy New York Shirt
Ed Hardy New York T Shirt, $99.00. This shirt is supposed to be for letting it loose or partying it up in the night. I actually like the print of this but the fluorescent green color/lime is such a turn off. I would’ve preferred this in black.

Ed Hardy Rose & Skull Shirt
Ed Hardy Skull and Rose T Shirt, $99.00. This shirt is supposed to “liven’ up” your usual warm weather clothes. I actually like it. There’s just something cool with how the red shirt is complementing the colors on the print.

It has been a while, maybe a couple of months or so since the last time Brad Pitt was featured here at She Knows Best.

Brad Pitt At Cannes

Brad Pitt
Is there any doubt how handsome Brad Pitt looks? Albeit I don’t get the grey scarf combined with the light brown (almost light pink) colored suit, white unbuttoned shirt, brown and black cap-toe loafers. I really don’t get the grey scarf, but he still looks elegant and dapper with a modern glamour twist added into style.
These pictures of Brad Pitt were taken at Cannes by the way.

Joe Jonas, Alone & Looking Like A Rock Star

I have never seen any of the Jonas Brothers actually alone. I mean not completely alone, but rather, not together as a trio. Seeing Joe Jonas by himself without Nick and Kevin is kind of weird yet refreshing at the same time.

Joe Jonas
I love the whole “rock star” look, if you don’t count the pink frames on the sunnies of course. I guess I should count my blessing that it’s only the “hands” and not the entire sunglasses. I love the jacket over his blue shirt. It might be lambskin. Joe Jonas look disheveled thanks to how he is wearing his jeans and boots. Even though he’s got a traveling bag on his shoulder, Joe Jonas still look like the young rock star that he is.
Wow, I think I could actually get used to seeing Joe Jonas alone. Ooohhhhhh

One of the most comfortable shirts to wear during summer is the polo shirts. I believe Ralph Lauren is one of the brands that makes the best polo shirts.

Polo Ralph Lauren Stripes Polo Shirts
A polo shirt can take you anywhere. Casual day at home or out and about, a day at the golf course, wear it with cargo shorts or pants, jeans or khakis, and even casual Friday’s at the office. You really can’t go wrong with a polo shirt.

Sean Penn Likes His Monochromatic Suits

Stylists said monochromatic suits are supposed to be out this year. I say, who cares, right? Sean Penn is never shy in letting people know he really doesn’t care what people think of him. I highly doubt he pays attention to what’s in or out in Men’s Fashion this 2009 or any year for that matter.

Sean Penn
Sean Penn wore a monochromatic suit during the Oscar’s. He’s wearing another one at the 34th Annual Cesar Awards. Let’s give the guy his much-deserved credit because he knows what he likes, and he’s sticking to it. And gosh darn it, he looks good.

To Fedora Or Not To Fedora

Hugh Jackman Likes His Fedora
Fedora, they’re everywhere. You see them on top of celebrity heads a lot. Hugh Jackman, Brad Pitt, Zac Efron, Johnny Depp, Colin Farell, Justin Timberlake, just to name a few. If you are wondering whether you should follow this trend, here are some tips from a few experts about wearing a Fedora.
Kevin Harter, Bloomingdale’s Men’s Fashion : Director : a false tip, a clumsy doff, or an incorrect fit can render your cap dunced. ……… Shape, size, and positioning make all the difference: A fedora shouldn’t be perched high on your crown or squashed down on your brow. It should frame your eyes but not hide your face.

The Stylish Men At The 2009 Oscar Awards

The ladies looked gorgeous at the recently concluded 2009 Oscar Awards but the Men did their own thing. Oh how they all looked dashing and handsome. They all made me so proud. The trend of the night for the Hollywood Men was bow-tie. There were some neckties but most of them opted for the bow-tie.

Let’s start with the host, Hugh Jackman. He changed 3 times. If my sources are right, his suits were custom made. He opted for bow-tie, from the opening to his performance all the way to the end. Hugh Jackman did wonderful. He is a full package entertainer. I loved how he played an homage to all the movies in his “recession” show then at the end he proclaimed to everyone how he is THE Wolverine. 2009 Oscar’s was fun because of Hugh.
