If you live or happen to be visiting Sweden then you’ll appreciate this new fashion line called The Local Firm. A Swedish store is opening up soon while boutiques and some US stores will be stocked with the TLF collection sometime as well. I’ll share more information on that in the coming days.
The Local Firm was conceptualized using the 1920 Bauhaus movement as the collection’s inspiration. It’s “contrast of status” design features distinctive garments and materials to create and provide distinguishing contrast from one another.

Nacho Figueras is the face of the new Ralph Lauren’s perfume line, The World Of Polo . You’ll see his face on Polo Blue, Polo Modern Reserve and Polo Black.
Nacho Figueras was born in Born in Argentina in 1977. He started playing the game of Polo at the age of 9. His professional Polo careers started when he was 17. The American Museum of Natural History asked Figueras to donate his Polo equipment for their 2008-1009 exhibit. Figueras and his wife Delfina Blaquier has two kids, Hilario (9) and Aurora (4).

Just Cavalli, Miley Cyrus’ “special friend” just finished shooting ads for  the worldwide campaign of Just Cavalli Spring 2009. The newcomer from Vision Model Management agency landed the job and shared it with Supermodel Kate Moss.
Both models shot the ads in Los Angeles by famed photographer Mert & Marcus.
Great for Justin. He’s making waves on his own. Hopefully soon, people (present company included) would stop referring to him as Miley Cyrus’ “special friend” .

Manolo Blahnik, the infamous shoe designer who became such a household name among the women shoeholics who were obsessed with HBO’s Sex and The City is showing off his purple socks paired with red flats.
