Just had our first and last purchase from Diamond Shark. Item was much smaller that we expected although still a nice piece of jewelry. What is not prominently displayed on the site is that all sales are final. Before you order from Diamond Shark you better be really sure that you will like it. Anyone want to buy a pair of smokey topaz earrings?

Well, I was wrong! Diamond Shark customer service stepped up and resolved my problem. Unusual for a company on the web to be so responsive. Again, my apologies to Diamond Shark. I will definitely, now that I have learned my lesson about checking on return policies, be one of their regular customers. Hats off to them!
