I have never had a problem with that and you don&#039;t have to worry about going &quot;over the top&quot;and freaking her out.  I am speaking about L.A. girls (Southern California). I took her on a romantic canoe ride, had fish and chips at the pier, then wine tasting, and wrapped it up with a really nice dinner. Got no complaints, trust me.  Next year, she will get flowers too!!!</description>
