Fashion Week: Ruthie Davis Platforms

Yesterday, I posted about the shoes and fashions at the Dennis Basso show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Were you wondering who created those fabulous platform shoes? Me too! That’s why I was so excited when I learned more about them.

In the Dennis Basso Spring 2010 show, there were a mix of purple, beige and metallic gold platforms with gem-encrusted heels. These custom-made shoes were created by Ruthie Davis. Ruthie is a very talented designer that has been making shoes for Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Alicia Keys as of late. You can learn more about Ruthie and her shoes at ruthiedavis.com.

Here are a few more detailed pictures of these glitzy platform shoes. Fortunately for all of us, these Ruthie Davis shoes will be available at endless.com in 2010.
