Fashion Week Spring 2010: Duckie Brown

Though we don’t talk that much about men’s shoes here at Shoe Blitz, we have to make an exception for the shoes on the runway at the Duckie Brown show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York this week.
The Duckie Brown Spring 2010 collection was very well received at Bryant Park. But what do you think about these shoes?

Blue is a certainly a hot color for spring and a great way to add a burst of color to a neutral outfit. However, I’m not sure these will translate well from the runway to the city streets. The bold, eye-catching suede lace-up shoes (which you also can see below in yellow) are part of the ongoing Florsheim by Duckie Brown footwear collaboration.
