Gucci Division Over-The-Knee Boots

Over-the-knee boots are definitely glamorous, but I can’t imagine wearing them. Can you?

Gucci offers these stretch and patent leather platform boots that go up to a few inches above the knee. The pattern of the patent is certainly cool and I can imagine some celeb (or stripper?) really rocking these boots, but not much of anyone else.

If you love these boots, tell me what you’d wear them with. I’d imagine a slinky metallic mini-dress with a shiny black patent clutch.

These thigh-high boots are available right now as part of Gucci’s fall collection. Priced at $2,950 at Saks Fifth Avenue, they’d be a huge splurge but hey, someone must buy them.

The funniest thing about this listing is it says, “DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND, A CUSTOMER MAY ORDER NO MORE THAN THREE UNITS OF THIS ITEM EVERY THIRTY DAYS.”

People by more than three pairs!?

    not for me.

I just spent two days stalking these boots. I want them so bad! I would wear them in a heartbeat. I am not a celeb(or a stripper) but I do live in NYC. I can imagine them with mini dress so that a tiny sliver of skin shows between the top of the boot and the bottom of the dress. SO HOT!!

I plan to wear them with a knitted skirt. I have a beautiful ivory Chanel two-piece which would look gorgeous without the stipper look.
