Shoes at the People’s Choice Awards

If you were watching the 35th Annual People’s Choice Awards on Wednesday, you certainly know there were a variety of fantastic fashions (as well as some disasters).
In case you missed out on some of the celebrities, check out Celeb Look and Snarkstress (as well as all around the Beauty & Style Channel) for a look at the gowns.
As for the shoes, Here are two that I think are worth noting.
Jordin Sparks was wearing a blue shiny dress that was little too much like 80’s prom for me. But her jeweled gold sandals were gorgeous.
Jennie Garth was obviously looking for a way to add some glamour to her simple black dress. But I think she should have chosen a shoe with a higher heel. These make her legs look a little too stumpy.
I do like that she kept her look simple though. She finished it off with a black beaded clutch, red lips and red nails.

I love Jordin’s shoes – they look like foot jewelry, not shoes.
I think that part of the stumpiness of Jennie Garth’s look comes from where her dress hits her leg. She is a pretty lady, but she looks like she’s painfully sucked in there in that photo.
