When the weather warms up, I love espadrilles. The braided soles have some old school flavor, while the shapes and colors have a modern, chic appeal.
One of my favorites this season is the Vidorreta Dely Espadrille. This shoe features colorful jacquard straps that are twisted loosely over this espadrille wedge slide.

The Juicy Couture “Acapulco” Mesh Wedge is not exactly the shoe I’d picture taking on a vacation to Mexico. Though I like the mesh, I am not a fan of this wedge.

These gold shoes feature a big 3 1/4″ metallic wedge heel. It’s not the height that bothers me, it’s the style. They just don’t seem quite right – maybe it’s the mirrored metallic that makes them that way.
