It’s not even winter yet, but let’s look ahead to spring with the Gucci Cruise Collection. You can find a lot of fabulous Gucci sandals in all shapes, designs and colors, but here are three of my personal favorites.
Gucci Orchid Platform Sandal – $1,125
This white leather sandal is highlighted by tortoise shell trim.

Gucci Venere Sandal – $675
This black suede sandal features funky fringed details and goldtone hardware.

Gucci Kotao Thong Sandal – $495
For something a little more casual, this low heeled gold sandal is a fine choice.

I’m definitely not the biggest fan of studded shoes, no matter how trendy they get. They are just too hard for my feminine tastes. However, this studded sandal from Gucci is a little different.
The Gucci Babouska features an open toe, closed heel and lots of studs all over. The dark gold leather is interwoven in a strappy design and covered with goldtone studs.

several other studded shoes in their fall collection, from slides to flats and pumps to boots.

Last week when I made my Top 10 Orange Patent Leather Shoes list, if we weren’t limiting it to patent leather, these orange suede shoes would have definitely made the list.
The Gucci Grease High-Heel Platform Sandal features rich orange suede throughout this slingback design. What I really love is the dark cork platform and heel.

Lighter cork is being used by many designers right now, and this darker version is a fresh alternative. The gold Gucci signature GG detail on the platform is a nice touch.

Gucci makes some extremely glamorous shoes. And though they may not be suited for everyday wear, every woman looks great in Gucci for special occasions.
