Nike Sportswear Website Re-Launch

Last week, Nike Sportswear launched a new portion of their website to showcase some of the their new products that created with the 2008 Olympics in mind.

You can check out the site to learn about the inspirations behind some of the latest models and designs. The website also has an interactive kicks creator, videos, news and events updates and more.

If you are starting a new workout routine to lose weight or get in shape, it’s a good idea to get a new pair of running shoes. On the Nike website, you can customize and order your sneakers in the NikeiD section.

Check out the Nike Rejuven8 and customize the colors to fit your own personal style. These shoes retail for $125.

Nike Women’s Air Scandal Medal Pack

With the 2008 Summer Olympics opening in Beijing today, along comes a bunch of new shoe releases from Nike to celebrate the games. Here’s one for the ladies, that is both simple and stylish.

The Nike Air Scandal takes the men’s Vandal model and gives it a slimmer look. This colorway of the shoe features a satin-y white base and a bronze Swoosh. There’s also a black version with a gold swoosh. So I’m sure there’s a silver pair out there too.

You can order these women’s sneakers online right now from Caliroots and you also may be able to find them at your local Nike retailer.

Nike Court Force “Diamond” Pack

Get glitzy with these new Nike Court Force shoes. Though we don’t talk about sneakers that often here, I thought these were worth noting.

The Nike Court Force “Diamond” Pack features a silver Court Force Low and a gold Court Force High, both adorned with panels of colored rhinestones. If you are looking for an athletic shoe with some pizazz, these are a great choice.

I haven’t seen these released in the States yet, but you can order them from Japanese shoe site – Atmos beginning on April 26th.

The high version is 13,000 yen (about $127 USD) and the low is 11,000 yen (about $107 USD). With these shoes you can bring the bling to the gym.

New York Custom Nike Air Force Ones

I don’t usually post about men’s shoes here that much, but I always find “custom” sneakers interesting. Here are some custom Nike Air Force Ones by Baysicc that are truly unique.

Check out all the detailing on that NY skyline … pretty cool. Though I don’t know anyone would wear them, they are fun. Check out tons of other custom sneakers at the Baysicc Designs gallery.

Nike Court Force High St. Valentine’s Day

I don’t usually write a lot about sneakers here, but there are a couple cute editions of Nike sneakers that are coming out for Valentine’s Day that you might be interested in.

The Nike Court Force High St. Valentine’s Day below features a lot of pink, plus a variety of textured leathers. I really like the red quilted patent leather around the heel area.

Keep a look out for these at your local Nike retailer. They should run around $100.

Another Nike shoe that’s out for Valentine’s Day is the Nike Air Max 95 St. Valentine’s Day.

These shoes feature hearts embossed all over the white portion of the shoe and plenty of other interesting details.
