This year’s program is scheduled to air on QVC on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 from 7:00pm to 10:00pm (ET). This is a fantastic opportunity to get fabulous shoes at a reduced price, while also giving back to a very worthwhile cause. For 2009, Jessica Simpson is the face of the campaign with shoes from the Jessica Simpson collection being offered during the broadcast.

Additionally, Nine West Footwear Corporation and the Brown Shoe Company, the event’s two special benefactors, are donating nearly 20,000 pairs each, bringing shoe shoppers such brands as Enzo Angiolini, Bandolino and AK Anne Klein as well as Via Spiga, Etienne Aigner and Carlos by Carlos Santana. Other companies generously donating shoes include MICHAEL by Michael Kors, Coach Footwear, Cape Clogs, Calvin Klein, UGG Australia, New York Transit, Dr. Martens and Birkenstock, among many others. A special selection of additional styles will be available on QVC.com throughout the month.

In addition to the broadcast on October 13th broadcast, you can also give back by purchasing the “Shoe of the Day,” which will be offered each weekday throughout October on QVC from 7:00am to 9:00am ET.

It comes in both pink and gold – both of which look fabulous. The peep-toe and feminine ankle strap make these sandals as sexy choice. I really love the color of the pink version.

Be prepared for the height of these shoes. They feature a 5-inch heel and a 1 1/4-inch platform! Personally, they are too tall for me because I’m already tall. But these are definitely beautiful shoes!
