I was browsing through Macy’s and fell in love with these peep toe pumps at first glance. I didn’t realize they were Paris Hilton brand shoes until I looked at them up close! Admittedly, I’m not a big fan of hers but the girl knows her shoes (and fragrances, so I’ve heard!).

I’ll hand it to Sharon Stone. Her face looks absolutely wonderful these days. In my opinion, she was looking haggered for a while, but has seemed to pull it together by adding a little weight (as well as probably having a little more work done).

Lady Gaga is trying to single-handedly destroy the fashion world with her atrocious outfits. Here she arrives to attend the Hogan Party in Paris wearing an extremely large black hat … and it gets worse from there.
Everything about her gold dress is atrocious, from the tight bodice to the bubble mini skirt. And then there’s the shoes.
Bootie-lovers shield your eyes. I’m not sure the designer of these lace-up booties but they are NOT Ga-ga-gorgeous. She’s a trainwreck!

Every once in a while I see some shoes on the red carpet and think to myself, “What the ….?” Today was one of those times.

Though the shape of silhouette of these shoes isn’t horrible and the heel isn’t too skinny, they just look extremely painful with all that metal.
Actress Tilda Swinton wore these cage shoes at the I Skoni Tou Chronou premiere during 59th Berlinale Film Festival 2009. I’m not sure of the maker of these shoes, but I can’t imagine they are going to hit the mainstream stores.

Actress Evan Rachel Wood looked fabulous in her dark teal Monique Lhuillier gown at the 15th Annual SAG Awards on Sunday night. What I really loved was she wasn’t afraid to play with color.

In a stark contrast to her gown, she added a pair of purple Sergio Rossi sandals and a matching clutch. It was a great change of pace to the black and metallic shoes and bags that you normally see at the awards shows.

Did you like Michelle Obama’s look today at the Presidential Inauguration?
I thought the dress was very classy and I love that she isn’t afraid to play with color. She mixed the yellow-gold Isabel Toledo dress with green Jimmy Choo kitten heel pumps and some J.Crew green leather gloves.

The shimmering dress and matching coat looked light – like she should have been cold in that weather, but they were lined with Pashmina to keep her warm.

All eyes are on Washington, DC today for the Presidential Inauguration. It is indeed a special day in history as Barack Obama takes office.
Though critics might say the Inauguration involves too much hoopla and extravagance, I’m not too concerned with the costs of the celebration.
