Dressed up in a dark purple suede (which leans toward being wine colored), the Christian Louboutin Decocolico Mary Jane is available on pre-order right now at Saks Fifth Avenue.

These plush suede shoes are definitely pricey at $855. But if you are looking to splurge on one pair of designer shoes this fall, they are a fantastic choice.

Manolo Blahnik also takes their Campari Mary Jane and dresses it up in the same tortoise patent leather. These shoes have a more sharply pointed toe than the pumps. They also have tonal grosgrain trim and a 3 1/2-inch covered heel. A little more expensive than the pumps, these Mary Janes are priced at $665. Like all Manolo Blahnik shoes, these run small, so order 1/2 size up for the best fit.

Today I came across such a shoe from Nordstrom. This metallic copper Mary Jane from Fidji features a unique style that is a bit funky. Featuring a low heel, wide strap and brasstone detailing, this isn’t your traditional Mary Jane.

This shoe also comes in Black, Distresed Olive or Metallic Multi, though I prefer the copper version. I can imagine wearing these Mary Janes for fall.
