I LUV Wet Seal because they have a little bit of everything. And with their prices always being so great, it’s hard to believe you’d ever find a decent prom dress there.
But I did! Yay!
I actually found several, but these were my 3 favorites. Flirty, yet sophisticated. Feast your eyes:
