I just finished munching my way through a tiny chunk of shortbread… hey, it’s Christmas and if you can’t indulge at this time of year, when can you?? Anyway, now that I have come clean about eating between meals, I thought that I might as well add this to my Christmas list. You know that my daughter Britt always takes a peak to see what I am talking about so that she can tell her dad, so here’s what I want for Christmas Britt!
Who knows, leave this under the tree and I might even bake more!!
