It’s hard to understand how and why serpents have become popular AGAIN in jewelry and accessories, but it’s been happening since the days of Cleopatra, so who are we to question it.
So, I went around looking to see if there were any accessories using this motif and I found a few little trinkets that you might like.
And here is a little something that I didn’t know about Cleopatra. She apparently decided to commit suicide by snake bite, but she really didn’t want to know when it was going to happen, so she hid two asps (which might have been cobras) in her fig basket. And, apparently they got her!
