b5media Spoiled Pets – Meet Tipsy from New to TV

Tipsy – this adorable 5-year-old wired-hair terrier mix,  is spoiled because she was rescued from a very bad situation. She was one of 30 dogs, cats and chickens which were found cooped up in a van covered in feces without water or food by the highway patrol. Some of the animals in the van were in such bad condition that they were put to sleep. Many of  them survived and were sent to rescue organizations. Tipsy was one of the "newer" dogs these people had "collected" because she only required medicine for ear mites. Cheril adopted her from the animal shelter after hearing the story, she was super skinny and scared.

Having been used used to fighting for her food, it took her a couple of weeks before she didn’t knock over trash cans attempting to gather what food she could in her survival frame of mind. Tipsy eventually calmed down and housebreaking became the new challenge. She’s trained now and has a loving family who spoils her rotten with attention.

Thanks to Cheril for sharing such a wonderful story. It’s easy to see why Tipsy is so spoiled and I hope she continues to be for a very long time.
