Some of us must have money to burn… not me unfortunately, but I thought that I would go “shopping” this morning to see what you get for a $1000 bucks or more. Here’s what Bloomingdale’s has in that category. The big question comes at the end… so be ready!

Marc Jacobs Mercer Large Multi Pocket $1150.00 goldtone hardware, soft leather (that’s all it says about this particular bag. For that price I would something more than just a name wouldn’t you?)

Now here’s the big question. Did any of these handbags catch your eye and if so, which is your favorite?? Or, would you prefer to buy an inexpensive bag that you can replace on a yearly basis if you get bored with it. Some bags… are dirt cheap.
*Actually, I even saw handbags used as a way of decorating a wall once. It was in some decorator magazine a few years ago.
