This week’s Cutie Outfit of the Week - On the Cheap! features a mucho fun tee from Forever 21. Love their stuff! To accent it, I found all that you need at the Almighty WalMart. A reformed WalMart hater, it became really hard to deny that they have some super cute stuff totally cheap, so now I love it. A lot. In fact, this entire ensemble cost less than $90! Woo!
Exactly as is, this outfit is perfect for any day. But switch up the tee for a sleek metallic cami and slip on a black skirt in place of the jeans and bam - instant chic!
