For the shopaholics out there, we could all use another shopping bag. And here’s a fantastic choice that’s not just cute, it’s eco-friendly too.
ECOBAGS has created a unique line of “Totes with Quotes” featuring the catchy slogans “Make Love Not Carbon” and “Talk Green To Me” add a little flair to the typical reusable bag. These great Fair Wage/Fair Labor, eco-friendly tote bags are affordable and adorable.

Available online at EcoBags.com, the signature totes are just $14.99. Each tote can hold the equivalent of four plastic grocery bags. You can use these bags at the grocery store, as a beach bag, or anytime you want to be eco-chic.
“Totes with Quotes” are all unique and made from different materials including: 100% Organic Cotton, 55% Hemp/45% Cotton blends, 100% Recycled Cotton, 75% Recycled Cotton/25% Natural Cotton blends and Non-Woven Polypropylene.
Price points vary from $5.99 – $16.00 depending on the size and style, so they are well suited for many shopping budgets and make great gifts.
Right now at Shopaholics Daily, we are giving away an ECOBAGS tote bag to two lucky readers.
Winning is easy. All you need to do to enter is to leave a comment here about what you are doing to be more eco-friendly.
You will be automatically entered into the giveaway drawing with your comment. Two random winners will be selected from all the commenters to receive the bags.

I recycle and also every other day some people from the office get together and car pool.
Using reusable shopping bags and trying to buy local
I telecommute and we do not buy many durable goods new. We get all our clothes second hand and most household items through freecycle or garage sales. IN the past two years we started using local foods for about 75% of our household foods- exceptions for coffee, chocolate of course. We feel good about it and nothing tastes better than the first local, organic strawberry after a long winter without them!
We stopped using paper towels.
I only use green cleaning products.
I am walking a lot more…and taking the car A LOT less..!!!
thanks for entry
I am composting foods, veggie clippings, eggs, coffee grounds etc….ready for my organic garden this summer
I bring my own bags shopping, we recycle everything we can, use CFL’s in our lighting. I’m also trying to cut my addiction to paper towels.
I usea reusable stainless steel water bottle now instead of plastic
use energy efficent light bulbs
We use energy efficient light bulbs and take our own grocery bags to the store, thanks for the giveaway.
We bring our reusable grocery bags to the supermarket and keep refilling our waterbottles for a week before we recycle them.
I have started doing many things. Not using plastic grocery bags. Not buying bottled water Making my own laundry soap and hanging my clothes on the line instead of drying them just to name a few

These totes are very cool. My new years resolution is to stop buying bottled water, for me it’s nearly an addiction. It’s terrible for the enviroment, so I am quitting.
I have switched to compact fluorescent bulbs. And I buy local produce at the farmers market.
I switched to the energy bulbs, and I’m trying to use reuseable tote bags and I recycle more.
I plan to recycle even more this year. Thanks.
No more buying bottled water! I am now refilling all mine at home for the day.
I am using reusable bags for my groceries. My next big project is to take plastic grocery bags and “sew” them into reusable totes.
I compost all my scraps and have a pretty decent soil because of it.
I don’t think I’d want to have to explain the Make Love not Carbon bag to my children. Doesn’t anyone think that is sort of inappropriate?
Great looking bags. I love the “Talk Green to Me” bag.
I’ve switched to energy efficient light bulbs, recycle whatever I can, use as many organic cleaning products as possible, don’t waste trips in my car and buy my fruits and vegetables from local farmers.
Thanks for the nice and green giveaway.
i use natural cleaning products, and ride my bike to run errands when i can
We are recycling and taking our own bags to the grocery store.
My eco-friendly practices include:
-recycling
-using canvas bags for shopping
-using washable dishes and utensils, rather than disposables
-hypermiling (driving technique for maximizing each tank of gasoline)
-use CFL bulbs
-promote “green” behaviors to everyone around me
We do not use plastic, we recycle everything we can, we do not use harsh chemicals nor pesticides.
I recycle and I stopped using paper towels.
Thank you!

I use cloth shopping bags and recycle.I also use washcloths for cleaning up instead of paper towels.
We have done many things, energy efficient light bulbs and appliances, turn lights off when not in use, unplug appliances not in use, water conserving devices, programable thermostat and we recycle everything
We gave up bottled water, bought energy saving light bulbs, and unplugged appliances when not in use.
In addition to recycling, we’ve stopped buying bottled water and soda. We all have our own reusable water bottles now that we take with us everywhere.
We recycle everything we can in our area, we also are leaning towards more ecofriendly products for house cleaning!
At Christmas we made our own wrapping paper by reusing feed bags. I turned them so just the brown paper was showing and let the kids go to town coloring them. We also made our own gift tags.
When I did use wrapping paper on a few gifts my daughter actually was dissapointed she wanted to do more decorating!
I don’t plan on buying gift wrap ever again when I can find so many other things to turn into gift wrap.
I’ve been driving a Prius for the last 6 years. I also try to use reusable bags at the grocery store & recycle all my bottles.
Happy New Year!
Thanks for the giveaway >^..^<
We reuse bags, bottles, etc. I always try and recycle as well and buy organic.
I just adopted a cat, and am going to be using kitty litter such as “shweat scoop” or pine-based, that is not furnished from stripmining.
We recycle as much as we can, use CFL’s wherever possible, use cold water for laundry, don’t leave unnecessary lights on, and take reusable bags when shopping.
reduce, reuse, recycle!
We are trying to recycle everything and use cloth bags at the grocery store.
I recycle all my cans/glass and bring totoes/paper bags to the grocery store.
our house is recycling more and reusing our shopping bags. thanks for the giveaway!
Recycle anything I can & I use my own shopping bags. Would love one of these since a couple of the shopping bags I have are not the greatest.
These are so cute! I’m an environmentalist, and list as minimalist as possible…recycle, walk, bike, vegan, etc, etc! Let’s keep promoting cloth bags!!
We just moved into a home of our own and are making efforts to gradually convert it into a more energy efficient dwelling. So far I’ve only changed all the lightbulbs out (we’ve only lived here a month ha!)
Started by changing light bulbs. But more recently I started unplugging things that use electric and not being used like the coffee pot.I use reuseable bags and put in a low flow toilet.
Most laundry gets washed with cold water. Hung to dry.
Energy Saver Appliances
New Energy Saver lightbulbs throughout the house
Turn the lights off when not needed
Natural products for cleaning, vineagar, baking soda, lemon etc..
We don’t use plastic bags when shopping, I’ve made several large canvas bags that we take everywhere with us – we always be sure there are several in eaach of the cars at any given time.
I am composting yard and household garbage scraps!

i’m washing all my clothes in cold water!
I try to recycle, use cold water while washing clothes, not use plastic bags at stores, shut off lights…All the normal things…
Energy efficient lights, lower water temps, wood heating and the list is growing for sure.
I need all the strong cloth bags i can get and these are cute too!
