Most of the eye makeup removers did just that… remove eye makeup. Not so with this brand by benefit. It not only removes eye makeup, it removes makeup from the entire face! And here is something you will want to know… it isn’t oily! There are days when I want something that will work mega-fast… so I can fall into bed in seconds flat. So, I use this for those kinds of days. I can hit the sheets without feeling guilty.
