really love the knot in the back. Giuseppe Zanotti has definitely put his touch on slingbacks. The only thing that has me worried is how it would feel on the back of your foot. I have seen what shoes can do to your heels and blisters are not pretty. I can only keep my fingers crossed. The shoe features a 3 1/2 inch stacked heel so that should be a breeze to wear and they are made in Italy. Be sure to take a closer look!
