Such a playful and colorful tank top and petticoat from Kaiya Eve, no? This is a perfect birthday outfit. She’ll get even more attention that she deserves. I’d want to wear that petticoat skirt, don’t you? Hehehe. It’s sooo pretty and the colors are so fun. The tank top with rosette is $40 while the skirt is $94.
You could probably design her birthday party with the color scheme. Kinda like a cotton candy party. Oh and the cake. Imagine the possibilities

I adore that Petticoat,all girls no matter what age should of multiple numbers of it,all my girls were at least more than 1 Frilly Petticoat,and they always love very girly dresses.The colours are fantastic !
