You are such a horrible person to slander this wonderful person.She is a very harworking & honest person,whom,I know personally.Her story is all true.Nothing phony about it.Her designs are original.She is the first person to do this with “pettiskirts”.She dressed them up to be worn on the outside,not under something else.Then everyone started trying to copy her.And,jealous people like you try to make her look bad.SHAME ON YOU!!

I adore that Petticoat,all girls no matter what age should of multiple numbers of it,all my girls were at least more than 1 Frilly Petticoat,and they always love very girly dresses.The colours are fantastic !

Miss Lightners whole story is phony….too bad that she used many mothers, grandmothers…and little girls as well as the ‘original’ design by Sam’s Manufacturing to feed her obsession for ‘fame’.
