Miley Cyrus and Ashley Tisdale: Is Change Always Good?

Miley Cyrus and Ashley Tisdale
As I sit here thinking about how I can fix my hair blondification that went a little wrong, I got to thinking that sometimes change ain’t all it’s cracked up to be. Maybe I should’ve left well enough alone. Maybe I’m just not meant to be as blond as I once was. Maybe I should just quit with this change nonsense and be all boring and predictable.
Nah! What’s the fun in that?
Change is good. Change is exciting. Change is motivating. And while that’s all well and good for us normal peeps, what about when a starlet makes a big change? Does it affect the way you think about him or her?
Case in point: Miley Cyrus. Blond one day, brunette the next. Will this change affect her success? Do you love this darker look or hate it?
Another example: Ashley Tisdale’s nose job. Personally, I am not loving it. I understand she had a medical necessity and needed a fix, but overall, I think this new nose takes away from her lovable “faulty” look. I adored her old nose because it set her apart from all the other young blond actresses out there a la Hayden Panettiere, Blake Lively et al. Now she’s just like all the others.
In my opinion, sometimes change is not a good thing. What do you guys think?

There is nothing I find cute then a little quirk, a slightly crooked nose, a tiny gap between otherwise perfect pearly whites. It really bugs me when young celebrities banish quirks they’ll miss when they’re older.
Blake Lively has also had a nose job. I’m predicting Miley Cyrus will probably get one in a couple of years when her face matures.
Anastasia - Totally agreed. Even one of my favorite models, Alessandra Ambrosio (from Victoria’s Secret) seems to have recently gotten her teeth done. She looks totally predictable now, where before her quirky smile really “made” her. At least, that’s how I see it.
And I still can’t get used to Ashley’s nose. I wonder if she regrets it?
Anyhoo, thanx so much for stopping by and for commenting! =)
Hey Mar - Blake’s had a nose job too? How did I not ever know that?!? Oy.
Let’s hope Billy Ray uses his Dad Power to keep Miley out of the cosmetic surgeon’s office. But of course, in Young Hollywood, where’s there’s a will, there is definitely a way.
Thanks for stopping and commenting, Mar! =)
