Monday Sales: Finding New Obsessions

I leave for China tomorrow, and am attempting to pack today. My discovery: I have lots of clothes, but not a lot of what we need.

I think a lot of us fall into the trap of buying mass amounts of similar items (say, in my case, LBDs), and not essential staples, like, good sweaters, or button-down work appropriate tops. And, then, suddenly, you receive an itinerary that reads “smart casual” and you can’t remotely figure out what that even means.
And so, I’m stocking up on the things I really need rather than adhering to a never-ending obsession, and I’m starting with the Vertigo Paris sweaters sale at ideeli. And, honestly, I feel like I may have commenced a shopping obsession.
