My Top Three Books for Today

I’m always looking for interesting books to add to my collection and today I chose this three. I have this thing about buying books… if I see something that interests me, I buy it right then and there. I once saw a book in Florida called The Ben Franklin Almanac and I picked it up, put it down, picked it up, put it down and then left the store. I regretted it the minute I left Florida. The following year I went back to that same bookstore and spent two different days combing the bookshelves. I was at the point when I thought that I simply would never find it again, and then suddenly it was there. I grabbed it and I happily have it in my collection. I can’t say the same thing for a 200 pound book on the history of hairstyling that I picked up in a tiny bookstore somewhere in England. At the time I couldn’t justify the price and put it back. I have regretted it ever since. I will probably never find that book again… Should have bought it then and there!! So, don’t do what I did. If you see a book that you want… go for it.
