]]> Decades of Beauty: The Changing Image of Women 1890s 1990sI picked this up a few years ago while on Holiday in England. Yes, I know… it was heavy but I wasn’t sure that I would find it when I got home, so I grabbed it. I passed up a book on vintage hair that I found in a tiny bookstore somewhere in England (can’t remember where) but couldn’t bring myself to pay $200 pounds for it. I never forgot that book and still wonder if it’s sitting on a shelf in that dusty little bookstore. Anyway, it turns out that Decades of Beauty is readily available here and if you get a chance… grab it. You are going to love the anecdotes of women  from generations past.
