You never know what you are going to find on the sales rack at higher end department stores. I’ve gotten some gorgeous handbags and other items recently by scouring the sales. And that goes for online too…when you are on the sites for Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys, Net-a-porter, Neiman Marcus or anywhere else, always click over to the Sales page.
