I’m pretty sure that this was the size that Britt picked up while we were on Christmas holidays in Florida. She had forgotten to pack them and she uses this size every day.

I just spotted this rack and instantly thought of my daughter. I really should use weights, but unfortunately I don’t and I really don’t know a lot about them… so I just called upstairs to ask her why she thinks that they are so important. Here’s what she said… in a nutshell… weights create muscle which means that you are burning calories without doing anything. I think that was the jist of it. She also pointed out to me that it would help prevent osteoperosis. I think that was a hint!
